We cooperate with winemakers from all over Europe - but this is only an important part of the journey to a high-quality non-alcoholic wine. Our passion for wine, fine aromas and sophisticated attention to detail make our wine one of the best.
PURELY A MATTER OF TASTE: WHAT DOES NON-ALCOHOLIC WINE FROM KOLONNE NULL TASTE LIKE?
With the necessary sensitivity and utmost care, we work with ambitious winemakers to develop wines for later dealcoholization. Only traditionally pressed and particularly aromatic vintage wines or cuvées of the highest quality are considered for the Kolonne. The selected wines must have the right structure and aromas for the dealcoholization process.
The column mainly sends dry, alcohol-free wines into the race. Our Riesling gives the driest impression due to its distinctive acidity and the minerality typical of the region. For full-bodied alcohol-free wines, you can opt for alcohol-free rosé or red wines whose grapes have seen even more sun and some of which have been aged for a long time in wooden barrels.
At KOLONNE NULL we consciously avoid the use of artificial flavours, colours or other additives because they would affect the taste.
In our Berlin workshop, we taste, blend and select the original wines from our partner winemakers. To ensure that they are perfectly suited for dealcoholization, we work in detail to find out how the cultivation of high-quality wines can be optimized. We evaluate our experiences together with our partner winemakers so that we can create the basis for the best non-alcoholic wines in the country at the respective winery.
With 0.3% alcohol by volume, our wines are below the legal maximum of 0.5%. Many of our customers also drink Kolonne Null while pregnant or breastfeeding. It is and remains a personal decision, and a doctor should be consulted for further medical advice.
