In all our creations of non-alcoholic white wines, one of our most important maxims is to preserve the varietal character of the original wines. To create the most perfect non-alcoholic wine, great care is required in the production and selection of the wines, and aroma recovery is required in order to capture the natural wine aromas. Everything has to be just right, from the vine to bottling. This is the only way we can create exquisite non-alcoholic wines.

REFRESHING FRUITY WHITE WINES IN ALCOHOL-FREE
We are particularly proud of our Riesling . It can be described as minerally fresh and lively. The combination of its fruity lightness with a noble herbal note makes it irresistible. With these characteristics, the Riesling is ideal as an accompaniment to seafood as well as pasta dishes and fruity desserts - practically an alcohol-free all-rounder.
If you are looking for the perfect wine to accompany fine fish dishes, Verdejo is the right choice. An intense, fruity bouquet of gooseberry and bay leaf aromas is rounded off with a light herbal note. In short: a refreshing drink on a warm summer day.
INTRODUCING: OUR PARTNER WINEMAKERS FOR NON-ALCOHOLIC WHITE WINES
In order to create the best non-alcoholic wines, the basis has to be right. That is why we only use traditionally pressed and particularly aromatic vintage wines. Our wines are selected with the utmost care and in collaboration with our partner winemakers. To produce non-alcoholic white wines, we work with the following wineries, among others:

- Prince Löwenstein
- Bodegas Diez Siglos
We created our alcohol-free Riesling together with Anette Closheim. She and her family produce premium wines from the Nahe region in their 150-year-old winery. The taste and aesthetics in a puristic character make these wines unique. After tasting her wines in the winery's own wine shop, our decision was clear: this wine is worth being included in the KOLONNE NULL collection.
To create our 2021 Silvaner, we headed east to the Fürst Löwenstein winery in Franconia. The picturesque, steep vineyards produce white wines that range from minerally slim to powerful and opulent. They are perfect as a basis for non-alcoholic white wines in Kolonne Null.
Even beyond Germany's borders, we find white wines that are perfect for dealcoholization - as is the case with our refreshing Verdejo at the Bodegas Diez Siglos winery. One of Spain's most exciting grape varieties can be found in their vineyards - a full 750 meters above sea level.
HEALTHY LIFE WITH NON-ALCOHOLIC WHITE WINE
Our non-alcoholic white wine is very economical with calories. With 19 calories per 100 ml, the wine is very low in energy. The Verdejo 2021 even has only 17 kcal. In short: no reason not to enjoy it.
