Non-Alcoholic white wine

Buy non-alcoholic white wine – organic, 0.0% Vol., dealcoholized

Kolonne Null makes non-alcoholic white wine that keeps the varietal character of its base wines. We work with traditionally pressed vintage wines and dealcoholize gently, with aroma recovery. Almost all white wines are 0.0% Vol. and are organic-certified.

In our Berlin lab we taste, blend and select the base wines from our partner winemakers. No artificial aromas, no colourings, no additives.

Our non-alcoholic white wines

The range runs from mineral Riesling to fruity Sauvignon Blanc.

The Riesling is organic-certified, with a pronounced acidity, minerality and a fruity lightness. It pairs with seafood, light pasta dishes and fruity desserts.

The Sauvignon Blanc brings a fruity bouquet of gooseberry and bay leaf. A companion to fine fish dishes.

At KOLONNE NULL, we deliberately avoid using artificial flavors, colors, or other additives—because they would affect the taste.

What makes a good non-alcoholic white wine?

It comes down to the base wine: it has to bring structure and aroma. Add to that aroma recovery — the natural wine aromas are captured and returned to the wine. The white wine stays fresh and lively, without artificial aromas. Also available in stores — find the nearest one via the Store Finder.

FAQ about non-alcoholic white wine

How is non-alcoholic white wine made?

It goes through harvest, pressing and fermentation like classic white wine. The alcohol is then gently removed.

Which non-alcoholic white wine suits me?

If you like dry and mineral, go for the Riesling. If you prefer fruity and aromatic, the Sauvignon Blanc. Both are 0.0% Vol. and organic.

Can I drink non-alcoholic white wine during pregnancy?

Our non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines are 0.0% Vol. with few exceptions. Many customers enjoy Kolonne Null and Studio Italiano during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It remains an individual decision.
