Non-Alcoholic Rosé
Buy non-alcoholic rosé – organic, 0,0% Vol., dealcoholized
Kolonne Null makes non-alcoholic rosé that keeps the varietal character of its base wines. Many of our rosé wines are organic-certified and 0,0% Vol.
In our Berlin lab we taste, blend and select the base wines from our partner winemakers. No artificial aromas, no colourings, no additives.
Non-alcoholic rosé: from still to sparkling
The rosé collection has three characters: two still wines and one sparkling.
The Rosé Wine from Provence: strawberry and raspberry, vanilla and beechwood notes. Dry, with clear fruit. 15 kcal per 100 ml, best at 6–8°C. Plus the Studio Italiano Rosato as the Italian version.
The Rosé Sparkling from Germany: lively acidity, red berries and plum. 17 kcal per 100 ml, serve at 6–8°C. More sparkling in the sparkling wine collection.
Bei KOLONNE NULL, we deliberately avoid artificial flavors, colorings, or any other additives – as these would affect the taste.
Non-alcoholic rosé with food
The rosé wine pairs with antipasti and crustacean dishes. The sparkling rosé works as an aperitif.

FAQ about non-alcoholic rosé
How is non-alcoholic rosé made?
It goes through harvest, pressing and fermentation. The alcohol is then gently removed by vacuum distillation at under 30°C — the wine aromas are captured and returned.
Is non-alcoholic rosé sweet?
Not at Kolonne Null. Our rosé wines are mostly dry. The Rosé Prickelnd has a lively acidity.
Can I drink non-alcoholic rosé during pregnancy?
Our non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines are 0,0% Vol. with few exceptions. Many customers enjoy Kolonne Null and Studio Italiano during pregnancy or breastfeeding. It remains an individual decision.
