Non-alcoholic red wine with a unique taste experience
In order to make the red wine alcohol-free, we use the gentle vacuum distillation process. With this method of dealcoholizing wines, the alcohol escapes at just 30° C. The principle of aroma recovery allows the noble aromas to be captured. This is the only way to produce a really good, non-alcoholic red wine from KOLONNE NULL.
Greatest care in the selection of the vineyard
When selecting the wines, we proceed with the necessary sensitivity and the utmost care. For our red wine, we chose a Spanish vineyard not far from Toledo. The three friends
- Margarita Madrigal
- Alexandra Schmedes and
- Gonzalo Rodriguez
have been running the vineyard in the Spanish plateau "Meseta de Ocana" since 1999. The renaissance of regional traditions is important to them. To this day, this idea forms the basis of their way of working. In harmony with organic farming and the extremely continental climate, they produce a full-bodied wine that is perfectly suited to dealcoholization for Kolonne Null.
Non-alcoholic red wine with an excellent aroma
Our highest maxim is to retain the characteristics of the original wine as far as possible. Our non-alcoholic red wine is of course no exception. Working closely with Alexandra, we have created our first non-alcoholic Spanish red wine - the Cuvée Rouge No.2.
Kolonne Null sends a lively candidate into the race. The dry, non-alcoholic wine impresses with dark fruit and berry aromas, accompanied by peppery notes. Overall, the Cuveé Rouge No. 2 is powerful and at the same time has a youthful note.
Be it a barbecue evening with old friends or a candlelit dinner for two - this fine non-alcoholic red wine goes perfectly with grilled dishes and is equally suitable as an accompaniment to pasta and risotto dishes.
Non-alcoholic red wine: healthy for body and soul
The non-alcoholic red wine from Kolonne Null is an impressive low-calorie drink. Per 100 ml, the wine contains just 15 kcal and 2.4 g of sugar. If you don't want to miss out on the pleasure of a fine, aromatic red wine in addition to focusing on your slim figure, you should go for the alcohol-free red wine. A look at some studies shows once again how healthy non-alcoholic red wine is compared to its alcoholic counterpart:
- Blood pressure-lowering effect: A study shows how well non-alcoholic wine affects the cardiovascular system compared to wine with alcohol. The result: a 14% lower risk of heart disease in the group that drank non-alcoholic wines. Stroke risk was even reduced by 20%.
- Reduced risk of cancer: Heavy alcohol consumption favors certain types of cancer. Switching to non-alcoholic red wines can significantly reduce the risk of alcohol-related cancer.
