Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs

(including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Shipping costs of €5.90 for an order value of up to €54.99

From an order value of € 55.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

EU: 8,90 €
Switzerland, Norway, Finland: 14,90 €
UK: 9,00 €
Rest of the world: 50 €

For deliveries abroad, local customs duties, taxes and fees may apply which are not included in the total price shown.

Delivery periods

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 7 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by SEPA direct debit or SEPA corporate direct debit, you authorize us by granting a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit collection. Please note that you are required to ensure sufficient funds in the account by the announced date.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
