In cooperation with winemakers from Germany and Europe, we find out how the base wines can be optimized during cultivation so that they are perfectly suited for dealcoholization.

Fizzy rosé sparkling wine: a modern interpretation
Our rosé sparkling is fresh and fruity on the palate. The harmony of the slightly playful sweetness of red berries and plums and the lively acidity makes this Prosecco ideal for an aperitif. It is equally suitable for celebrating or simply drinking on its own.
For the non-alcoholic sparkling wine in rosé, we cooperate with the Julius Wasem family winery. Together with his brothers Philipp and Gerhard Wasem, he produces wines full of character in the Kaiserpfalz, which are perfect for Kolonne for dealcoholization.
Enjoy healthy non-alcoholic sparkling wine
It is rare to find a non-alcoholic sparkling wine with 0.0% alcohol by volume. Not even grape juices are alcohol-free. The alcohol content of alcohol-free sparkling wine from the column is a maximum of 0.3% vol. Compared to Secco with alcohol, this is far less and therefore healthier. It's definitely possible to enjoy it without worrying!
But it's not just the lower alcohol content that makes non-alcoholic sparkling wine the healthier alternative. The calories of non-alcoholic sparkling wines are also lower than those of sparkling wines with alcohol. At 18 and 19 kcal per 100 ml, our sparkling wines are very low in calories.
Drinking non-alcoholic sparkling wine during pregnancy should not be a problem. The alcohol content is a maximum of 0.3% vol. Ultimately, every woman has to decide for herself whether she wants to treat herself to a glass of alcohol-free champagne from time to time.
