We present our new Riesling vintage 2023. Yellow fruit meets the refreshing liveliness and elegant minerality in this Riesling, which has been aged on fine lees. The 2023 vintage, marked by a rainy autumn, presented some challenges that our winemakers mastered perfectly. With their years of expertise, they curated a particularly exciting flavor profile: instead of the usual exotic fruit notes, the 2023 Riesling impresses with a clear fruit aroma, dominated by golden yellow local fruits.

The characteristic acidity of Riesling is particularly spicy this year, requiring a delicate touch during the de-alcoholization process. But it is precisely this spicy acidity, well-balanced, that gives the wine a special tension and ensures an excellent drinking experience.
