We present the Berlin Spritz, a fruity, tangy refreshment that will accompany you through the last days of summer without alcohol and will keep you in a good mood even in the fall!


We have had a good friendship with Volée for a long time - two Berlin locals who are pioneers in the non-alcoholic sector for taste without any alcohol.

The idea of a collaboration was an obvious one, as Volée's aperitif is the perfect alternative to the classic Aperol - except that Volée doesn't contain any alcohol and its grapefruit notes make it much fruitier than its alcoholic counterpart.

We tested a few variations for you, and the perfect mixing ratio was quickly determined: pour 5 cl of Volée with 10 cl of our sparkling Cuvée Blanc, add a few ice cubes and a slice of grapefruit in the glass - c'est ça! The alcohol-free, low-calorie and refreshing Berlin Spritz is ready!
