With the 2023 vintage, we are celebrating the premiere of our first Sauvignon Blanc - a wine that was made quite unique by the challenges of the rainy year. Thanks to targeted ventilation and sufficient sunlight, the grapes were able to develop their full exotic aroma profile. The cool temperatures of the year also helped to perfectly balance the freshness and acidity.

The grapes come from the northern Wonnegau in Rheinhessen, a region known for fruity wines with excellent ripeness. After six hours of maceration to intensify the exotic aromas, the wine was matured 100% in stainless steel tanks.

Our first Sauvignon Blanc delights with intense notes of passion fruit and citrus, combined with a lively acidity. Perfect for the golden autumn: whether with autumnal dishes such as pumpkin and mushroom risotto or as a fresh companion for milder days - this wine brings elegance and exoticism to the cool season.
