Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

• The goods are delivered worldwide.
• Shipping costs (including legal value added tax)

Domestic Shipping (Germany)

• We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):
• Standard shipping (DPD): 5,90€
• Free shipping from 65€
• Express Shipping (orders placed before 12PM) 11,90€, 6,90€ from 64€

Deliveries abroad:

We charge the following flat shipping rates for international deliveries:

EU Zone 1: 8,90€

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (51 of 52 provinces), Sweden, and Cyprus.

EU Zone 2: 14,90€

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.

Please note that additional local charges may apply for international deliveries, which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.

Delivery times

As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 1 - 4 working days, in case of foreign deliveries within 4 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one common shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
