We present our sparkling-fresh Cuvée Blanc No.01 – a harmonious interplay of yellow fruit notes from pear and mirabelle, rounded off with a touch of typical brioche aromas. The elegant acidity is balanced by a delicately creamy, fine-bubbled texture.

Perfect as an aperitif or a companion to exquisite canapés, seafood, or fresh desserts like zabaglione and panna cotta with fruits.
