Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

The delivery of the goods is worldwide.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Shipping costs of 5,90 € for an order value up to 57,99 €.

From an order value of 58,00 € we ship free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs to foreign countries as follows:

EU: 14,90 €

Switzerland: 14,90 €

Rest of the world: 50 €

Delivery times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place in the inland (Germany) within 2 - 7 days, with foreign supplies within 5 - 14 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

When paying by SEPA core direct debit or by SEPA Business-to-Business Direct Debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
