WORKING METHODS AND PRODUCTION
Where do Kolonne Null and Studio Italiano wines come from?
Kolonne Null works in co-production with family wineries. The collection includes wines from Germany, France (Provence) and Spain. What matters is the quality of the grapes and the close collaboration with the winemakers.
How are Kolonne Null's and Studio Italiano's non-alcoholic wines made?
In its Berlin laboratory, Kolonne Null dealcoholizes selected wines. The alcohol is gently removed by vacuum distillation — under vacuum it evaporates at around 30°C. The wines are then given their final refinement and bottled. This is done in close coordination with the respective winemakers.
