We present our sparkling-fresh Cuvée Blanc No.01 – a harmonious interplay of yellow fruit notes from pear and mirabelle, rounded off with a touch of typical brioche aromas. The elegant acidity is balanced by a delicately creamy, fine-bubbled texture.

Perfect as an aperitif or a companion to exquisite canapés, seafood, or fresh desserts like zabaglione and panna cotta with fruits. Cin Cin!

Close collaboration and trust with our winemakers are among our highest priorities. We regularly exchange ideas during visits to the vineyards, while the winemakers also work with us in the Berlin lab to further develop the creations together.
