"Riesling is a bouquet grape variety, known for its fresh wine with predominant notes of citrus fruits and apples. As it ages, thanks to its aromatic intensity and high acidity, Riesling undergoes a transformation. It develops honeyed aromas that are both sweet and intense, along with the characteristic petrol note that defines Riesling maturation.
The formation of these and other aromas results in Rieslings becoming more complex."
