In noble ruby garnet shines our Special Edition No.03 - a non-alcoholic Pinot Noir. Red berries and cherries underlined by delicate tannins and fine wood notes of matured barrique, resulting in a full-bodied silky structure and incomparable lightness.

The Pinot Noir is excellent with fine game dishes, mushroom and pasta variations, but also with elegant chocolate desserts.

The edition is limited - first come, first serve!

THE DIVERSITY OF SOUTH TYROL AS AN IDENTITY 

The Lageder family manage their 55 hectares of vineyards in Margreid on the South Tyrolean Wine Road already in the 6th generation and exclusively under biodynamic cultivation. Diversity in their viticulture is very important: with creativity and a passion for experimentation, the winegrowing family produces lively, fresh wines that reflect the diversity of South Tyrol. For us, more than enough reasons to push boundaries together and make a first, non-alcoholic Pinot Noir from Alois Lageder's filigree base wine.
